# About Seepwise

[Seepwise](/) is a Singapore leak-repair and waterproofing service that matches HDB, condo and landed homeowners with waterproofing specialists for inspection and repair. 

## What we do

You tell us what you are seeing and the type of home. A specialist who covers your area calls you back, inspects, finds where the water enters, and quotes the repair in writing. We publish the rules and the market prices behind each type of job so that you can check any quote, ours included. 

## How we work

- Source before price. No quote until the entry point is found. 
- Rules applied. HDB, condo and landed responsibilities are stated with their sources, so you pay only your share. 
- Tested work. Ponding tests of at least 24 hours on wet areas; water tests on roofs and outlets. 
- Plain prices. Every price on this site is a published market figure with its source and date, never a figure we invented. 

## What you will not find here

No star ratings, review counts, years in business or awards. When real customers leave reviews, they will appear with their source. Until then, judge us on the information and the inspection.
