What drives the price
- Area after sounding. The hollow area is usually larger than the visible crack.
- Depth of corrosion. Badly corroded bars take more preparation.
- Location. Ceilings over bathtubs or in narrow toilets take longer to work on.
- Finish. Matching existing paint across a whole ceiling versus a patch.
